Receive Authorization
Once your request is verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct warehouse shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Inspection and Refund
